Ben Franklin and Acme work for One Hour plumbing air conditioner ,a large company with no care for you or your money. Did not get the qoute before work was done and then got a billing statement for about twice the money it should have been. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere from these '3' companies.
Sold grandma a $483 job that others quoted for $128. When I spoke to their GM he said ""she called me"". I am usually very pro business but these folks give hard working honest businesses a bad rap. I have done the same job they did for grandma and the part was $20, they charged her $384 for the same part! I hope the old saying what goes around comes around, comes to them!
I have worked with the team from One Hour Heating and Air (and their colleagues from Ben Franklin Plumbing as well) for nearly 10 years since we arrived in Durham. They are the BEST to work with. They are always on time, do a thorough job, live up to their estimates and have the most polite and knowledgeable team around. The one time we had a minor issue the company President called me directly to make sure ti was resolved.
