setting the record streight

in jan 2008 we installed a 3 ton goodman condenser only with no air handler we provided a 5 year warranty with a 1 year labor warranty in the first 2 years we had 5 calls related to the reversing valve wires and coil. We in 2009 replaced the whole valve. In 2010 we again replaced the valve due to goodman upgrating the faulty valves. most of the service calls have come after clients friend...

After purchasing a new exterior AC unit (Goodman) within 7 days of installation we needed to call for a repair on the reversing valve in 2008. From that time forward the unit had continuous problems with leaking freon and 3 reversing valve replacements or repairs. the owner Wayne Renolds refused to replace the unit. He continued to repair reversing valves until the warranty ran out this month...
