Out of all the Once Upon a Child's in the Houston area this is my favorite one to go to. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me it never disappoints. The staff is so nice and friendly.

This was a joke! I brought in perfectly folded and clean, barely used baby clothes and waited for more than an hour (was told it would be ten minutes)! Everything was given back to me unfolded...
