I called On Premise Repair late one Sunday because my oven was not working. I explained my situation over the phone and he was able to provide me with a quote and diagnosis of the situation within minutes. When he arrived the following day between my scheduled appointment times, he immediate fixed the problem and I was able to make it work before 10am.
