I visited the Tideline Spa for my birthday getaway. I enjoyed the experience at the hotel but the spa and the customer service needs a makeover, in my opinion. Upon arrival, I was directed, not guided it shown to the changing area. Found a locker, which is off of the bathroom, no privacy. I had to ask for robes and slippers, since no one gave me any and they were not available in the lockers or...

Clean upbeat atmosphere. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Put us in a nicer room above the ground floor.Free bikes to use!Nice outside layout and facilitiesComfy bedCould hear the surf from our room, very cool\n\nDidn't expect the hit for parking to be so high although there was no resort charge both are an irritant at any hotel.
