When we arrived, we were swamped by the bell service. The front desk was nothing more than cordial (not mean, but not friendly either). The room was nice, though the bathtub either needed some bleach or needed to be replaced, the chair had seen better days and the comforter was a little worn. It is in a GREAT location, I don't think you can be any closer to the RCA Dome and Conseco Fieldhouse.... more
