We stayed at the Omni Bayfront while we were househunting. The location is beautiful - most of the higher floors have a great view of the bay. The hotel was average for a higher-end hotel. When we got there our room wasn't ready so we had to wait 45 minutes. So, we checked our bags and left. We came back 45 minutes later and our rooms were ready so we asked for our bags and the man said he would bring them up immediately. After 30 minutes and no bags we got worried and called the lobby.
