This is a man's bar...drinking bar...watching sports bar...intermission for a drink from the Grand 1894 Opera House bar...not a food bar...

Great selection of beers and drinks. The sandwhiches there are great and they are not over priced. Always a lively place.

O'Malley's makes the most AMAZING Frito Pie Supreme - full of fresh tomatoes, sour cream, home made chili...everything that makes for a great meal!! Their sandwiches are great too, but I am stuck on the Frito Pie! Granted, this is a bar setting, so expect a smoky atmosphere, but the food and friendly staff make it well worth the trip!...

Best Nightlife: If you're heading out for a night in Galveston's arts and entertainment district, a visit to O'Malleys Stage Door is a must. This Irish pub has been pouring beers -- more than 100 types -- for more than 12 years now. The staff are friendly and the sandwich menu is worth a trip on its own.
