After placing order, was told it would be ready in 15 mins. I got there 20 mins later and order had not been started yet. Was told we are really busy and there are only two of us working....

Decent pizza... But EVERY time I call and put an order in.. I show up 20min later and they didn't put the order in... I get "did you call in?" Why have that...
