BEWARE of unethical billing practices. I sought help from this practice after experiencing serious neck injuries from a MVA. I had 100% chiropractic coverage and this practice did not bill my insurance!!! Dr. Chris Oliver in Herndon Virginia was the worst Chiropractic experience I have ever had. The office was unhelpful, rude and mismanaged. I finally got to see Dr. Oliver after a 20 min wait - which was not too bad...But when I was examined I felt like I was there solely for the bucks he would earn for checking off items on a worksheet. He asked what the problem was and said nothing but that an xray will be taken. Xray taken and then not even five mins later he shakes my hand and says everything looks good. We can do some workup and see how things progress. Meanwhile for the absurd amount...

Practically no exam, just standard checkbox form and x-rays, and the x-ray license on the wall was expired. Billed for much higher than I was told the visits would cost. He never seemed to remember me or why I was there, even on back to back days. I was charged for ""selfcare management training"" for every visit, when all I received was a handout on ergonomics during the ""consultation,"" which lasted about five minutes.
