My roommate and myself have just about completed our lease at this location. Halfway through our lease they changed the way they bill, and charged us a fee to calculate the new way they bill... This is the sort of thing that has been happening often in the year that we've resided there. The turnover rate for the staff is ridiculous, not one person still works there from the time we moved in.... more
