Ask the owner of your favorite cozy little Italian place if he has a vision and a mission statement. His blank stare will sum up the difference between the neighborhood restaurant and the Olive Garden. Olive Garden rocks! The best Italian, when I'm in the mood. And it's the only place I feel comfortable trying new drinks. (I'm a fruity.) You get your money's worth!
