Olive Garden

Go Early or Wait

It is very busy for a chain restaurant, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. It's a big place, but if you get there during the rush (5:30 - 7:30) you can be waiting anywhere from 20 - 45 minutes. The food is great, but if I see people milling around outside, I tend to go down to Joey Basil's.

If you get in, try the seafood portafino (sp?) it's excellent.

Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip... more

This is the Mc Donald's of Italian food. I can't believe I even tried this place. This is not a good chain. I suggest people try mom and pop type italian places for really good food.

Had to wait a bit for Sunday lunch. Variety of choices. Minestrone soup was normal. Salad was good..Tried the tour of Italy. Portion is large, would last for more than a lunch. There are few vegetarian choices too. Desserts are good to try.

We had been to this restaurant many times. Food served is very enough for two people. We always end up in making it To-Go. Appetizer that we like here is : Eggplant Parmigiana

Also there is refill for your hungry stomach :-)
