I don't understand the bad reviews. They came to me on time and were quick and reasonable. I'd use these guys any day!!

Thought this place was great originally--my fridge broke, they brought me two to choose from, put the new one in, took the old one away--perfect New York solution. $250. However, it is just over one year later and the refurb they gave me as failed completely and cannot be repaired. Their warranty is only 3 months, so I'm screwed. $250 is steep for only one year of refrigerator service!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They haven't even come to my apartment yet and I'm furious. They have no idea what's going on. They called me "mami". They don't listen. This is the second time I'm waiting around for these guys and I call and they have no idea there was even an appointment! Seriously. STAY. AWAY.

My landlord told me to call these people when my oven broke 2 days before a dinner party, because I guess this is who he has a deal that they'll bill him...

Poor service, bad condition refrigerator, they offer repair service, but they will come only when they have time.
