Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I've had an open account at Olin Credit Union for 14 years and every time I begin the loan process on a new vehicle I cringe. It's impossible to get anyone to answer their phones, return calls, or complete anything in a timely manner. The only reason I keep my account there is for the lower interest rates. After using Olin for four auto loans however, I think I just can't take it anymore.

The Mortgage department at the Bethalto location is the most customer oriented and friendliest I have ever dealt with. Mrs. Shipton was the person we worked with and she made the entire process so less stressful than I could ever imagine. She answered all my questions and never put me off.
