I've lived in Old Town for 6 years now and have (for the most part) been very happy with the building and management. The location is hard to top in the River Market and most of the residents are very friendly. I've had very few maintenance issues over the years and I can only think of 1 time in which it took longer than 24 hours for maintenance staff to come out and solve the problem. The...

Have been in the lofts for a year now, I have had numerous troubles with management, parking lot, and the washers and dryers not working. I have already packed my things and am ready to leave.

The price is great but that is it. Management changes frequently and since I have moved in it seems to get worse. The office is difficult to get a hold of and they have a long response time. I would not recommend these lofts and feel that the low cost housing is definitely not worth it. There is no security system …

I've left messages now about mysterious people living in the upper floor laundry rooms, as well as smoking in the north stairwell, one of the shared areas of the building where smoking is not permitted.
