My grandfather is in this facility temporarily until he can get up and walk on his own. He recently had double pneumonia and was in the hospital for 2 weeks. To start off, my grandfather was pressing the call button and yelling out to the hallway and no one came for 4 HOURS. 4 hours and no one even popped their head in! There have been many times where a nurse will say "I'll be right back" and they NEVER come back. The nurses were supposed to help my grandfather out of the bed and sit him down in the chair so he can eat his dinner, an HOUR went by and NO ONE came in. We had to track down the nurses to get them to help my grandfather. My grandfather said he was in pain one night and again I had to track down a nurse to help him. There were only 2 nurses on the floor and no one was behind the help desk. As I was leaving the one night, I could see the lights and hear the bells on the board behind the help desk of the rooms calling for a nurse. Two nurses were sitting RIGHT near the board and they were talking to the other nurses that were behind the help desk about children's shows. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! There are patients in need and you're going to ignore them like that?! I DO NOT recommend this facility and patients are SEVERELY neglected. PLEASE do not send your loved ones here!
