Great food, Great atmosphere, Great people. The best Steack Fingers in Texas. They offer a wide selection of home cooking at good prices. Pies and caked to die for.
This is a true neighborhood restaurant -- the staff is friendly and people seem to know each other. At our last visit, it was so crowded there were absolutely no tables left (and this was a weeknight), but another patron kindly gave up his table so that we could sit (very neighborly!). The food is great: try the juicy roast beef or divine chicken fried steak. The cream gravy is so good!
