Terrible experience! Waited at the Clinique counter while staff at the Estee Lauder one helped out two customers before me! All while gossiping! Hey, I just needed an eye lotion. Got tired of waiting, as it was during my lunch hour, went back to my desk and ordered it online. This is the reason why we don't need physical retailers anymore. Bad customer service.
