I had to make a comment and thank everybody at old city for going the extra mile , and thank you for making my mothers birthday unforgetable, the arrangement was breathtaking and very long lasting, we have had problems with other florist before but your service was excelent. I needed flowers for a next day delivery. When the flowers were not delivered by 5:15, I called this "Florist" and was told the flowers were on the truck and the truck was out for delivery. Here is a florists that only delivers to people who do not have jobs during the day. It is their standard protocol to leave a notice instead of flowers at sites of delivery, despite a designated area for deliveries. It is also their belief to leave the phones off the hook when they are overwhelmed. They lack total professionalism and it is not a shock to see other negative reviews.
The people at Old City Flowers are incredibly rude. I would never get flowers from there again and cannot suggest anyone do so in the future.
