Good friendly customer service oriented staff. I went into the store to look for a lateral file cabinet, found the one I wanted, was approached by an employee who asked if I needed help. He grabbed the cabinet from the back warehouse, brought it to the front so I could make my purchase and helped me load the cabinet in my car.
