I was in Office Max, Whitman Square in Philadelphia Aug. 5. Staff is very rude, inexperienced and very mean include a Manager.

Yesterday I stopped by at Whitman Square Office Max to buy a Gift Card for my friend. It was awful experience. Cashier didn't know how to do it, asked another guy for help. It took 15 min for them...
