Food great. Favorite waitresses. Very friendly. Knows what you want on return visits. And unlike most breakfast places 98% time eggs made right. Big plus for me. Owners greet you and check how things are.

This is a nice place to go on your family outing. The people are friendly and willing to please an accomodate to your satification. So i would definetly recommend this resturant and the food is good

Had breakfast. We were seated immediately, the food came quickly and it was scrumptious! We will definitely eat here again for breakfast and may even try dinner on another visit!

Although this ihop is not as fast as the one we visit in Edgewood the waitress was friendly and attentive and the food was really good. Consistency is key, and makes a difference.
