Don't ever buy products from office depot that has mail in rebates handled by a company called express group. I purchased 3 items from them a panasonic phone, toshiba laptop and a free printer. I did not get the rebates for 2 of them (phone and printer).
When I inquire about them they say that for one they did not receive the rebate form at all and for the other it was rejected because...
