Estimated delivery time was 1hr but they delivered in half that. The food was still hot and the ribeye steak, fries, rolls, and cheesecake was all great! I was pleasantly surprised with Off the Grill's service.

don't order online - i called to check on my food after an hour had passed, and they said they didn't even GET my order until 45 minutes after i placed it online. after that, it took another hour for it to arrive. by that point i was starving and in a bad mood. might be better to call or just go pick it up yourself.

I gave them ONE more chance. They said 45 minutes. I waited 1 1/2 hours. I called she said it was on the way. 10minutes later the delivery driver called saying he couldn't find my place (they have my address and delivered here twice) I repeated the address. 10more minutes later I called them back. The lady said they were delivering it so I got mad and she put me on hold. Much to my surpirse...
