To the people below-sorry about your unfortunate dealings but
we have never had a problem buying plumbing supplies -and we purchase LOTS of supplies-including water heaters from Odessa Winnelson, they have always have the best price in the area-but of course we always know what size we need before we purchase. Thankful for Tom and all of his staff!

72 year old man goes to EXCHANGE a water heater (purchased the wrong size) He was at first told he can not return or exchange, That he is out of luck. When he did bring the water heater back to the store he was met by Tom Fergueson in the parking lot and was barrated with foul language, spit on and shoved. DO NOT recommend doing business with this kind of personnel. Not only is it poor customer service, what kind of a person thinks it ok to shove and spit at a 72 year old man??????
