On May 15th the Thumb Octagon Barn re-opens to the public. Hours are: Wednesday-Saturday 11 AM – 5PM, Sunday Noon-5PM.
Closed Monday & Tuesday.

As one of the tour guides, I need to explain why we are now only doing the $5.00 guided tours. Tours take about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours, depending on how interested you are. First there is an insurance issue since there is equipment now all over the farm that could be considered dangerous, also we are now required...

This is a very special place, and the volunteers who make it happen should be commended. If you go during their Fall Fun Days, you will see all kinds of activities happening. Take the time to buy the cider donuts and experience life 'how it used to be'. You will be glad you did.
