I bought a new Sonoma there 9 -10 years ago. They were great and gave me a great deal and the truck has lasted me well through 160,000 miles.

Had a very professional experience with Caleb the Service Consultant.

Unfortunately this is not the case with the Service Manager Jim. Though I can understand he may have to deal with many mechanical frustrations from customers, I believe this is an expectation for him to handle.
