Oceanaire has all the components to be great but managed to fall flat. If you like fish, they cook it superbly. But the price points are too high for the dishes ($20 fish & chips or $10 shrimp appetizer) thereby leaving an inevitable sense of disappointment. Service was spotty - server meant well but one appetizer came out so far ahead of the others, it embarrassed my friend. Also there was too...
