This hotel chain would not give me a written confirmation by email, they refussed. I booked with them for 2 weeks. A month later I checked my confirmation number on the hotel website and it said my reservation did not exsist. I called the hotel and they confirmed no reservation, then I preceded to try and get my deposit back, which was more trouble than it was worth. I will NEVER stay at one of...

What a WONDERFUL place. I don't live to far so I know I will be going back just for spa treatments. The hotel is nice and the beach is the best. But the spa far surpasses anything I have seen in the Central Florida area.

great place to unwind. really nice staff. i got the seaweed slimming wrap and lose 7 pounds. they were great toward the veterans airborne troop that was there.

Sometimes holiday shopping gets me tense enough to make my entire body feel bad. Ocean Waters Spa is the best place ever to rewind and feel pampered! A facial...a massage...and I'm good to go for another round of gift shopping for family and friends. Love it!
