Truly an unmitigated disaster. The only thing they were good at was getting their money. Took months longer than promised. Slow in every phase. Never fulfilled a promise. Really got the impression that the only work they did was for the customer who was yelling the loudest. Left me with an open permit. …

Love my pool but service is horrible. Have been waiting for 9 days for a call back from the owner on multiple issues with our pool. Have had 2 major issues with our pool that have gone unresolved for nearly 3 years!!!
