Dr. Raicer Dr. Raicer graduate of the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in Columbus, OH. She received her undergraduate degree from Boston University. Originally from Monmouth County, Dr. Raicer has returned to the Jersey Shore to join the OCVH staff.
