Can I give a Negative Star Rating?!?!

If I could give a negative star, that would be my rating!! These guys were AWFUL!! I took my car in for a smog test and had their coupon for $15. Registered at 10:30am and no other cars were in front of me. Shoudl take 15 - 30 minutes, says Rick at the desk. So I go to the waiting room in the back (out of sight but not out of earshot). While I was there, the staff up front were "F*** my wife" "B**** wants me to call her" "Your daddy took money out of the register" "I don't need this f***ing job" and tons of other c@!p! They even mocked an elderly customer after he left.

After about 30 minutes of this, I decided it may be time to leave! I went back to the front desk and Rick said my paperwork wasn't ready yet. So I sat in front of him. After 10 more minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. We were going on 40 minutes at this point and other cars had come in.

Turns out, they forgot about me!! I registered my complaint about being forgotten and about their lack of professional behavior. They didn't really care!

In all, it took me over 1 hour 13 minutes from the time on my first paper to my checkout time. Now I'm gonna hunt down the Service Manager's wife and let her know what he had to say about her!!

I would so NOT recommend this place!! Next time my car requires a smog, I'll pay double to avoid the horrible service here!

I was hoping to find an automotive repair shop with which I could develop a somewhat personal business relationship with as I'd had in Palm Springs. Was immediately comfortable with the Service Advisors attitude, promptness in getting a diagnosis, and along with the mechanic, explaining in detail the issue and options. They want their customers to be treated so well and give savvy advice without pushing for "extras" and in turn gain faithful return customers.

Horrible customer service manager, suspect work performed

after work completed, filled tank and drove 100 miles to find the gas tank leaking from work performed. Drove all the way back to have it fixed. Lost work as well as $100 in gas. When I asked for help getting my vehicle back home, was told that "maybe tomorrow" they could help me. Absolutely no compassion or caring for all the c@!p I had to go through because of them.
