Rude receptionist. They called to remind me of my appointment which I had forgotten so I tried to reschedule which she didn't seem interested in doing. Put me on hold for five minutes to "talk to the doctor" and then said there was nothing they could do. Well I won't be considering them for any dental work ever again!
