Ive lived here for about a year now. I don't recommend this place because of the half --- work the maintaince guy does. They need to hire someone else. Cabinets don't close right, paint is peeling, closet doors are breaking and doors don't lock. Another thing is on the weekend there is trash everywhere and the laundry room is disgusting. The management here sucks. She will not do anything that involves confronting anyone. Your complaints will go unheard. Police are there weekly. The whole complex is littered with trash on the weekends. Laundry room is always dirty. It takes days for work orders to be completed. And they will never put water in that lagoon!!! No Bueno!

Parking floods when it rains, making it very difficult to get to your car.

The building structure allows and conducts all noise In & Out of the appartments.

Safety? My car has more scratches than ever before. My car's maker simbol was stolen in the complex.

Exercise Facilities are always closed.

Laundry Facilities are not well kept. Machines work but they are dirty.

I'm renting a studio apt. at the Oasis and could not believe we received a 3-day notice to quit because we paid the rent on the 3rd and not the 1st. The policy is if you don't pay rent by the 1st, you must pay by certified check thereafter and you will get a 3-day notice to quit by the third day. WOW!!!
