Oakwood at 200 Squared is a modern and amazing building with every amenity you can imagine, including a dog run and spacious exercise room. My apartment looks brand new, including fresh paint and new carpets. There is so much closet/storage space, from the walk in closet to the nook of shelves behind the bathroom door. Full-size in unit w/d. I live in a studio, but the floorplan was so well...

200 Squared is ideal in location, amenities, and provides quality service. The building is in the loop and convenient to all trains, downtown businesses and the nightlife and activity of River North. Leasing staff are uninterested in helping prospective tenants

Reached out with several questions through this portal and their own site - never heard back. Reached out again and I got the standard automated responses, then had a different leasing agent answer each email starting from square 1 every time. Painstaking.. not worth it.
