DIRTY. stains and dust rabbits hanging from ceilings. cabinets and switch plates dirty. bathroom dirty. carpet stained and dirty. light bulbs missing and ceiling light shades full of bugs. storm door didn't latch. walls had stains (? blood). dusty air intakes. hole in floor in master bedroom.

Not so good anymore. Management doesn't keep service schedules. Maintenance has some real problems. The fence is falling down, it floods, the noise level is terrible. Nobody seems to care anymore. Courtyard is a mess and playground is unsanitary for children. Cats use for litterbox.

Carpet is dirty and mgmt refused cleaning. Apt. generally was not clean upon arrival (toilets, kitchen, floors, window sills, etc.). Does not honor handicapped parking tags. Lies about requirements. Says handicapped tags have a distance requirement. We all know that is a lie. Quick to hold you responsible.

UPS will only deliver with a signature because of the theft.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.

good price, apt size; management fairly responsive when problems occur. manager went over and above when water leak occurred on a weekend.

Fairly nice place to live. the parking lot floods when it rains (bad). the noise level was ok for the most part. When moving out it takes forever to get the deposit check back. (I moved out 2 months ago and am still waiting on mine!) quite a bit of soliciting also. hope this helps! the living is ok though.aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
