This place WAS an amazing place to live up until a month ago when it was sold by Kriegman and Smith to 2 Oakland Properties. Since 2 Oakland properties has taken over ownership things have rapidly...

just going for our appointment was great. The manager joyce is very sweet and kind. She told us everything we needed to know. We havent moved in yet but the apartments are very nice. They look like they put alot of care and maintence into them.
