great customer service

I have used them several times for my dress shirts. They are friendly, courteous, and once, when I forgot to pick up my shirts in time on a Saturday he got them for me even though were closed and their computer shut down. Every item has been to my satisfaction.

Big disappointment EVERYTIME I try them. Stains Never cleaned, missed pressed on the seams & never an apology or discount for not cleaning.
