this apartment is not good because if you live there something is break they try charge they for it in other for it to be fix.please any body do try to move there please . if something in the place not working proper they charge you 75 dollars in other for them to fix the problem also everything in this old they refuse to replace them."

Manager is very rude to tenants and their children. Uses vulger language and very often voices a bad opinion about the majority of the tenants residing in oak haven apts. There's no assigned parking but yet the manager gets extremely furious and makes threats when someone is parked where she usually parks.
