The salmon was great but if you like it totally cooked you need to be specific. The drinks are large and prompt. We were a party of 9 and everyone was pleased! The steaks were also good. Our server was wonderful.

Had the sweet and sour chicken (comes with rice and peppers/onions). I got a really big portion which was great. I also ordered the cheese wontons which were fantastic. The menu was humongous and I've already noted a few items I want to try next time. They have a deli as well and apparently they do karaoke there sometimes.

A while back my husband and I bought a pack of Metro Dining Club cards. One of the restaurants in the pack was the Oak City Grill in Brooklyn Center. I have to admit that we would probably never have stopped at this restaurant without that card, but I am very glad that we did. I was especially excited when I found out that they served 1919 Root Beer. Both the hubby and I ordered glasses of 1919...
