This is not a bar with a look out space like the other viewer said. It is a business which helps children gain motor control and deal with sensory issues. I don't know the name of the bar they meant but it is unfair of them to give it a bad review by clicking on the wrong thing!

big disappointment, some Friends friends were in town, wanted to show them the NYC sky line. Thought it would be nice to stay and have a drink. The bar staff were very rude, full of attitude, we were treated like complete dirt, . $14 for a small, tasteless, sour, pre-made ""cocktail"" served in a plastic glass.....anyone would think they were royalty the way they acted. Will not be back
