Didn't Stay Here But Wish I Did

When we went to Vegas, we stopped by a lot of hotels and had breakfast, lunch, or dinner there.

This is the only hotel where I could eat without smelling cigar(ette) smoke. Our local governments are preventing smoking in areas like these but LV still allows it.

This hotel, however, smelled like flowers and was very nice. Some of the things you can see there is a greenhouse full of live butterflies of all kinds, a chocolate fountain (look all the way up when you go see it), a glass flower fixture in the ceiling of the lobby, and a flower garden like a mini-rose parade (the smell from this garden is what helped make them smell nice).

The buffet they had in their restaurant also had better quality food than everywhere I tried this time around (including The Mirage, The Venetian, and others) and had much more and a better selection. Best creme brulee in town!

In Short The Bellagio officially ushered in a classier Vegas: The hotel is gorgeous in its design and amenities. Low ceilings and gathered fabric over the gaming tables make small canopies, helping create a more intimate space. The Via Bellagio aims to compete with Rodeo Drive and raises retail in Las Vegas to the platinum level. But the biggest draw is the 10-acre man-made lake in front ... more

I ate there once and had non-stop diahrea for five days. There are swarms of flying critters over every food bend and if you are planning on destroying your digestive system, this is the place to go. You must first pay an outrageous fee for the terrible food though. The food also smells like the trash in the trash bend.

I am writing this review from the hotel room. First let me just say how unimpressed I was at the hotel and the service.
Checkin -
Checkin took more than 30 mins. After a long 9 hour drive from San Francisco the last thing we wanted to do was wait another 30 mins to checkin to the hotel room. The lines were terribly long and there weren't enough staff to check people in.
Once we were finally checked ... more
