I am a hotel snob, and I love this hotel. The service is excellent, the staff is courteous and the decor is truly upscale. They have Aveda products which is a plus, and each room has its own outside air being pumped in, which eliminates that stuffy damp feeling so many hotel rooms have. The beds are fabulous...and they have a wonderful tea service in the lobby.

This hotel is very nice. The decor is very elegant and the staff is very friendly. They all have great customer service skills. The rooms are very spacious and make you feel at home.
The restaurant also has good food.

Very well kept, most comfortable beds and pillows ever, and room service rules. Plus this place has a really good bar/restaurant connected. If your traveling for business or pleasure, this spot is perfect.
