This bar/restaurant actually has good food and the bar is filled with West Hollywood boys. Thursday nights packs them in for the 5 minute open bar rounds, but most nights draw an attrractive crowd.
My last few visits to O-Bar have me leaving say, gee, "that was great". There were 6 of us, we got a fun cabana booth and although these table are a little awkward for staff and sorta isolate you from fun scene they do make for a cozy semi-private dinner with good friends (just don't take boring people with you!). I met a few friends at O-Bar the other night. I live very close to the restaurant, but had never been. I was warmly greeted at the door and immediately shown to my table, where my friends were waiting. I had my drink order taken within minutes- the Mojito's are amazing! The waiter was also very informative about the wine's they offered by the glass.
