It doesn??t take much to make me happy when it comes to a limo company. As long as they show up on time and the sedan is clean, I??m happy. This company seemed to go above and beyond, though. The driver was at my hotel 10 minutes before I needed them ?? and he helped get my luggage down from my room. Because we were running ahead of time, he even stopped off so we could get a cup of coffee...

This company is unethical, unprofessional and rude. I had reservations and paid for a 7 passenger SUV and was picked up in a sedan. The driver had us sit on top of each other, grown adults. I plan to file a lawsuit, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a police report against this terrible, unscrupulous, and thief of a organization.

We were running late for our flight that morning so there was not much we can do but to stack on top of each other, along with our luggage. It was a nightmare of a ride to the JFK.

I had a great ride with this company there very friendly and have great drivers who knows NY very well i had about a 3 hour car service for a tour NYC and it was the best if you want good quality service call this company
