I was charged $495.00 for a job that took 2 employees a half hour. My deck does not look any better than before. I had a coupon for $50.00 off any service which their employee willingly accepted when he presented the invoice to me, but since that time I have been repeatedly called and badgered by their office woman demanding payment for the additional $50.00, claiming the coupon was not valid...

The power wash crew left huge chunks of the previous finish all over my garden plot and back yard and did not clean up afterwards. It took 4 calls to get Nick (sales guy) to return my call about my disappointment. I had to clean it up myself. However, the painters were efficient, tidy and friendly.
