Pretty sure I was just turned away because I was using a coupon. I just need an oil change. Why give them out if you don't want to honor them? Basically the counter clerk said anything over 5 qts...

Had an appointment at 1:30, arrived early and it's now 3:00 pm and my car hasn't even been moved yet from where I parked it. I'm here for a simple oil change. DON'T bring your cars here.

Filed a complaint and manager did call and was very professional. She offered to replace tires with the Primacys or get a 100.00 discount. I actually choose the discount as I still don't trust...
