Spent quite a bit of money here. Only good thing that comes out of them are their oil changes. They gave me "Brand new" roters were warped in less than 6 months. Been going to Midas in westmont...

I had a brake job done, and they charged me $70 to bleed one brake line. The rotor, caliper, caliper shoe, and brake pads were all purchased separately, and they still charged me $203.82 total for one single brake replacement.

Great service all the time. I have been going here for about 15 years. ALways satisfied with the work. Nail in my tire recently and Ken Dieden helped get my tire fixed immediately. This happened 1/2 hour before closing. Great customer service. Rita

I had gotten tires from NTB in the past, so when my daughters needed new tires for their car, I took them there. NTB was doing a ""Buy 3 Get 1 Free"" sale like they always do, so I wanted the girls to take advantage of it. I made the appointment online with ease. The passenger headlight was also out, so I called to see if they could do everything at once, which they did. We were told it would take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours, but they were done in an hour! The price was right, and the work was excellent. I would recommend the Downers Grove, IL store to anyone in the area. Great job, guys!

The location is very convenient. If you do have to wait for a while there are shops all along the lot you can walk to on warm days. They also have wifi...
