Had a great experience! My car broke down and had to be towed to NTB. I called to ask them if they could accommodate repairing it the next day (since it was already 5 p.m.) and was told yes....

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took 1 hr 20 minutes. That is FAR too long, especially when the parking lot was almost empty. They should not make appointments if they are going to take that long for simple oil changes which…
